Blood

I spent my lunch hour signing up to give blood at the hospital. A co-worker brought me along and I thougth it may be a good idea, get a health check up and at the same time score some good karma points and it worked because we got scratch cards as a thank you and we won ice cream money!

I didn't actually give blood, they took a few tubes for testing all sorts of icky things and then we'll see if they want my blood. I hope so, it'd be pretty depressing being rejected for having bad blood.
